How to resize a static Discord sticker

Prepare a still image; animated stickers need a separate workflow.

    Continue to the editor and adjust the artwork inside the 320x320 starting canvas. Keep transparent padding to preserve the full image, or choose another template and crop when needed.

What does this sticker resizer produce?
The page starts with a 320x320 PNG and transparent padding. You can change those settings through the standard Resize controls. The result is a static image file; it is not automatically validated against every Discord sticker requirement.
Can I convert GIFs, videos, or animated PNGs?
Use static images in the formats listed in the upload area. This page uses the ordinary Resize engine and does not provide animated sticker encoding or preserve animation. Select a still source for predictable framing and output.
Will my transparent background be preserved?
Existing PNG transparency is preserved, and the initial padding background is transparent. Converting a JPG or an opaque PNG does not remove its background. Prepare transparent source artwork separately if you need a cutout.
Why is the whole drawing smaller than the square?
Transparent padding initially fits the complete design within the 320x320 canvas. A tall or wide drawing leaves space on two sides. Adjust the framing, choose cropping, or edit the output dimensions if you need a different composition.
What if the PNG exceeds the file size limit?
This resizer does not enforce a Discord byte cap. The checked sticker guidance lists a maximum of 512 KB; inspect the result before uploading it. Adjust the selected format or quality when needed, and keep PNG if you intend to use it as a static Discord sticker.
Can I change the dimensions or export JPG instead?
Yes. Resize Template, width, height, units, output format, and quality use the normal Resize controls. Discord’s requirements still apply if you upload the result as a sticker; a file prepared for another task may not meet those requirements.
Can I resize a batch and recover it after a refresh?
You can process several static images within the displayed device limits and use the existing local workspace recovery. Continue Editing keeps this page as the source and uses the processed image for further edits, without forcing it back to the initial dimensions.
Will this tool check that Discord accepts my sticker?
No. Discord’s sticker guidance checked on November 3, 2026 informed the starting template and PNG choice. You control the final settings and must check the dimensions, file size, server permissions, and content rules in Discord before uploading.
